AZRAQ is a uniquely UAE-focused NGO. With 2017 marking the year of our foundation and the anniversary of the birth of Sheikh Zayed, the founding father who united the United Arab Emirates, we aim to celebrate and promote the values he instilled across the nation. These values include tolerance, progress, environmentalism, leadership, and charity.
AZRAQ is dedicated not only to the protection, defense, and conservation of marine life, but also to fostering partnerships with government bodies, nongovernmental entities, and individuals for the wellbeing of the UAE and its marine environment.
